Our design for First Tech Credit Union completely reinvents the banking experience. When people walk in, they’re immediately greeted by bank staff, who begin a face-to-face conversation to understand what the person needs: Advice? Or just a simple, quick transaction? In the lobby, visitors find touchscreens with engaging questions and tabletop touchscreens that sync in real time with large wall screen displays. Through language recognition, designs and patterns adapt to people’s responses. The surrounding interior layout accommodates the full spectrum of the banking experience—from quick transactions to thoughtful spaces for private consultation. A blend of technology and human interaction makes this branch unlike any other and leaves people with a truly memorable experience.
