Traditionally architectural design and branding are done sequentially, often with little connection to each other. The design team is not always clear for whom they are designing, and the branding team doesn’t understand the design concept. The result can be incoherent, confusing, and won’t feel authentic to the potential tenant. This is why we handle the process differently at AMA.
We believe an integrated design process that includes urban design, architecture, interiors, and branding provides the best final product for our clients. If the design and the brand message tell the same story and are developed with a clear understanding of both the target market and potential residents, the result is a project that has integrity, authenticity, and will inherently have a higher value.
