We are thrilled to receive the "Architect of the Year" award from DJC Oregon at this year's Newsmakers ceremony. The distinction recognizes the built environment’s most interesting and influential organizations and people.
Receiving this honor reflects the collective passion, creativity, and hard work of the individuals, teams, and leadership at our firm.
“This is an unprecedented time for our us and our clients, with each of the market sectors we work in growing and gaining momentum over the last few years” says Dave Heater, AMA President.
From tenant improvements to ground-up builds, we completed hundreds or projects in dozens of cities in 2018. Collaboration—across disciplines, offices, and with our partners and community—is at the core of that success.
“It’s been an honor to work with so many local and regional housing clients who are finding ways to provide unique solutions to critical housing, like the CCC Blackburn project in Portland, which recently won a national AIA award,” says Heater. “Our healthcare and office clients are also searching for innovative ways to create more supportive and progressive work environments.”
The recognition from the DJC Newsmakers echoes our recent announcement of 46 staff member promotions across our offices in Portland, San Francisco, and Seattle. See the list of our newest Managing Principals, Principals, Senior Associates, and Associates here!
