A new high-rise recently broke ground across from Los Angeles’ Pershing Square. Designed with MacFarlane Partners, Park Fifth is the second phase of a development adding much-needed housing to dynamic downtown L.A. The 24-story tower will include 347 units and 5,300 sq. ft. of retail. Also underway, the first phase of the project is a seven-story building with 313 apartments and 7,456 sq. ft. of retail space.
“Park Fifth is the ideal location for residents that desire high-end amenities coupled with proximity to transit options,” according to Ken Lombard, MacFarlane Partner’s President.
Amenity spaces for the high-rise include an ample courtyard, a 60-foot zero-edge pool, and a deck with cabanas, bar, hot tub, barbecues, and dining areas. An indoor/outdoor fitness center, resident lounges, and various entertainment spaces round out the list of luxury conveniences.
Located near the historic Millennium Biltmore Hotel, the development is conveniently located near shopping and public transportation.
Ankrom Moisan Architects is providing architecture and interior design services for the project. Both phases of the project are scheduled for completion in 2019.
